The Jordan Society of Tourism and Travel Agents (JSTA)

The Jordan Society of Tourism and Travel Agents (JSTA) was established by law in 1965 as the leading unified voice of all travel agents in Jordan (About 700 travel agents). The Ministry of Tourism and other governmental authorities recognize JSTA as the only legal body representing travel agents in Jordan since it is mandated by the tourism law.

JSTA has been diligently representing and protecting the rights and interests of its members by working closely with both governmental authorities specially (Ministry of tourism & Interior, JTB) and private sector stakeholders to tackle all challenges and all matters that hindered the business of travel agents, advocating for better business environment and serving its members and supporting the professional best practices.
